Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation

·         50% deposit serves as confirmation of your booking

·         Total amount to be paid 30 days prior to date of arrival

·         Cancellation 14 days or more prior to date of arrival: forfeit 25% of total amount (half the deposit)

·         Cancellation less than 14 days prior to date of arrival: forfeit full payment

Indemnity

·         You will need to complete an indemnity form before participating in any of our walks.
